  • Can I buy safely through the Superdecor online store? What means of payment are available?

    Yes. Our website is certified by GeoTrust so you can make your purchases securely and reliably in the Superdecor online store after registering as a user.

    We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Multibanco Reference, MB Way, Paypal, and Klarna, depending on the market from which you purchase from us.
  • Are the prices of the online store the same as the physical stores?

    The prices applied in Superdecor will always be the reference prices established for physical stores. As for promotional campaigns, there may be exclusive promotions intended only for the online store, which when they are in force will be duly identified by indicating them on the product itself or in the campaign information.
  • How long will it take to receive the products ordered?

    The estimated transit time, after we receive the payment confirmation, is of 8 working days (Portugal), except a stock break. However, in case of personalized products / by measure, the delay is of 6 to 12 working days. In the rare chance of stock break, you will be contacted by Superdecor and you can choose between being refunded or receive information of the expected delivery date for the delivery at your home address.
  • How are deliveries made?

    Deliveries are made to the address indicated in your registration (unless you ask to change, in the observation field, during your purchase), by an express service hired by Superdecor. The delivery service is made by an external partner that will not contact the customer to schedule the delivery. In case the partner cannot deliver the order – for example, the costumer is not at home – you will have a warning in your post box in order for you to pick up the order on the nearest Post Office.
  • Can I return the purchased items?

    Yes. You have 45 days. Please check the general conditions to be aware of the legal provisions and to follow the necessary steps for a correct return.
  • What is the guarantee of the privacy of the user data registered in the Superdecor website?

    Superdecor strictly complies with current legislation in this area. We guarantee that your data will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and will be kept at all times in the possession of Grupo M.A. Salgueiro until its removal is formally requested.
  • How shipping outside Portugal work?

    Shipments made to outside will be made according to the availability of the carriers with which Superdecor has a partnership relationship, according to the volume of the order. The Customer will be informed of the carrier and its tracking code after the shipment.
